Mark Davis grew up in the construction business. His father was a Project Manager for an international general contractor and the family moved around the country and Canada as new projects began. North Texas has always been home base, however. Mr. Davis worked on the family's farm and ranch in Vernon, Texas during the summers and worked for a leading engineering and surveying firm in Lubbock, Texas throughout college. The focus of Mr. Davis's law practice has been the representation of architects, engineers, surveyors, home builders, general contractors and subcontractors for many years. He is married to Johna and they have two children, Megan, a senior at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and John, a freshman at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Institute in Daytona, Florida.
